The procurement concerns an agreement on consultancy support covering Norad’s cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), from November 1st, 2022, until the expiry of the Oil for Development (OfD) country programme in Mozambique on December 31st, 2023. The overall framework for the consultancy is the Programme Document for the programme between Mozambique and Norway, signed on February 12th, 2020. Tasks are mainly advising, giving expert input, conducting corresponding capacity building and development of an economic model.
