The aim of the project is to procure a successor solution for the currently used commercial software in the state of Berlin.

The new specialist procedure for trade is intended to map all work processes under trade law. For this purpose, all those directly involved in work processes are equipped with appropriate application access. Traders also have the option of submitting their concerns via the portal of the Point of Single Contact (EA) Berlin.

In addition, it is also possible to submit business registrations and permit applications in conversation with the employees of the trade office. The data is recorded in the system by employees of the trade office, printed out and signed by the trader on site.

As a further field of activity in connection with the processing of business registrations, comprehensive reporting to various legally defined recipients and third parties must be provided and the relevant communication must be ensured.
