Deutsche Geschtliches Unfallversicherung (DGUV) already operates a WAN for approximately 300 locations of the accident insurance institutions by an external service provider. The connection types range from fully redundant fiber connections to simple ADSL connections. In addition, individual connections are implemented as point-to-point connections. The associated service area with ISA is realized in Nuremberg in the Noris data center (data center A and B). In addition, fixed network telephony is provided via SIP at some locations.
Currently, the following UVtN already use SIP connections for classic landline telephony:

— professional association administration,
— Berufsgenössenschaft
— the professional association for wood and metal,
— professional association, food and hospitality industry,
— professional association for raw materials, chemical industry,
— DGUV and more,
— Trade and Goods Logistics Association.
The MPLS network is used as the carrier line for the SIP trunks. Each professional association or accident insurance institution operates its own SIP trunk with several number blocks. The SIP trunks are terminated on the client's own session border controllers.
A list of locations including current connections can be found in the document “B.2_DGUV_Attachment-WAN.xlsx”, Worksheet 1 Locations CNUV. In this overview, the current connection of the respective locations is shown in detail.
The contractor's task is to network and operate the locations of the accident insurance institutions in the future in accordance with the requirements of the accident insurance institutions. The technical and commercial parameters of networking are defined in a shopping cart that must be valid for all CNUV sites in the site list. This can be found in document “B.2_DGUV_Attachment-WAN.xlsx”, sheet 1.1a Technology MPLS (A). In addition to the shopping cart, special designs and point-to-point connections are also required. These can be found in document B.x_dguv_Attachment-WAN.xlsx, table sheets 1.1b Technology MPLS (B) and 2.1 technology P2P.
