The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. Each batch is a framework agreement. The Framework Agreement is concluded with a minimum amount and a maximum amount pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Each framework agreement will mainly give rise to the issuance of purchase orders and, exceptionally, to the conclusion of subsequent contracts.- For certain services listed in the Bpu (unit price schedule), the holder will have to provide local products.- The holder may have to work with other service providers on specific needs relating in particular to particular themes (examples: seasonality of products, cheese products, bakery products, pastries etc ...)
