The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 6 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018 item 2129 - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering the habitat study, which should be completed in the form of full habitat documentation for individual Forest Districts : Chotyłów and Zwierzyniec [Zwierzyniec precinct] as at 1.1.2021.

1. The total area of the forest inspectorates for which draft forest management plan should be prepared [data as at 31.12.2018] is:

- Chotyłów 12,970 ha, including forest area 12,774 ha,

- Zwierzyniec forest Zwierzyniec 9001 ha, including forest area 8 875 ha.

2. The Purchaser reserves the right to change (+/-) up to 100 ha of the development area, which may be the result of verification of land records, real estate trading (exchange, purchase / sale), transfer or termination of the management board during the course of furnishing works, which, however, will remain without influence on the amount of remuneration.
