The tender is split into 2 lots:

Lot 1: Specified Service (without haulage costs);

Lot 2: Specified Service (with haulage costs).

Rugby Borough Council (RBC) is inviting tenders for a Contractor to process, recover, recycle and if necessary appropriately dispose of non-recyclable or other unacceptable waste materials arising from Rugby Borough Council's collection of co-mingled recycling. A haulage service may also be required, if Lot 2 is awarded.

Lot 1: provides the economic operator with an opportunity to fulfill the above requirements without providing a haulage service. Please note that there is no guarantee that this lot shall be awarded.
