Receipt, transport and development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited from Dęblin, organization, equipment and operation of the municipal waste collection point (PSZOK), collection, transport and management of waste from PSZOK.

The subject of the order includes the performance of the service of the following:,, reception, transport

and the development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the town of Dęblin, organization, equipment and operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK), collection, transport and management of waste from the PSZOK. “, including in particular:

1) Receiving, transporting and landscaping of municipal waste to the Municipal/Municipal Installation selected by the contractor in accordance with applicable law and indicated in the Offering Form from inhabited properties located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Dęblin, as well as collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipalities

(i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for Lublin Voivodeship and the current resolutions of the Dęblin City Council on “Regulations of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the City of Dęblin” and “Detailed method and scope of provision of services in the field of receiving municipal waste from property owners in exchange for a municipal waste management fee paid by the property owner”.

2) Equipment of inhabited properties:

(a) single-family building in bags:

- green with the inscription 'GLASS', intended for glass waste, including glass packaging waste;

- blue with the inscription “PAPIER”, intended for paper, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste;

- yellow with the inscription 'METALS AND ARTICLE FACTURES, intended for metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-plant packaging waste;

(b) multi-family buildings in containers:

- blue colour with the words “PAPIER” per waste fraction comprising paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste;

- green color with the inscription “GLASS” on the waste fraction comprising glass waste, including glass packaging waste;

- yellow colour with the inscription 'METALS AND ARTICLE FACTURs' for waste fractions comprising metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-plant packaging waste;

- brown color with the word “BIO” for biowaste.

3) Organisation and conduct of the PSZOK for a minimum of three days a week, i.e. every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, from 12:00 to 18:00 on the territory of the City of Dęblin (the Contractor must have legal title to the property on which he intends to run the PSZOK).

4. Equipment of PSZOK with the appropriate number of containers for the collection of different types of waste specified in the Order Subject Description (OPZ) of Annex 1 to SWZ, in such quantity as to ensure their proper functioning.
