The municipality of Kleinmachnow intends to build a new fire station for the volunteer fire brigade in the street Am Bannwald 1, 1a.

The municipal council decided with printed matter DS-No. 011/22 of 24.03.2022 to make the entire property "Am Bannwald 1/1a" permanently available to the volunteer fire brigade in order to achieve a fundamental improvement in the situation of the fire brigade and to be able to structurally develop a fire station that meets all existing requirements.

On the property there are existing buildings, which must first be dismantled. This is followed by object and specialist planning services until the completion of the entire building. The opening of the building is planned for 2026.

There is a desire to further develop the preliminary design with the close involvement of the comrades of the volunteer fire brigade - and in particular the military command - ideally within the framework of a user workshop.

The planning services will be put out to tender throughout Europe in three lots:

- Lot 1: Building and structural design

- Lot 2: Technical equipment

- Lot 3: Object and specialist planning services for the outdoor facilities

In addition, there are smaller expert and consulting services that are not put out to tender throughout Europe according to the so-called 20% quota and municipal budget law.

The subject of the present negotiation procedure are specialist planning services for the technical equipment, plant groups 1 to 8, for the construction of a new fire station of the volunteer fire brigade in Kleinmachnow.

The subject of the local tender in Lot 2 is the specialist planning services of the technical equipment service for the construction of the fire station, including participation in the upstream demolition planning and soil clearances, so that a provisional solution is provided after removal of the existing technical facilities.

Although the technical equipment planning should also build on the existing preliminary design, it nevertheless begins with performance phase 1, since the planning principles of the technical equipment must be developed from the outset and developed together with the client. The total output should then and should be led up to performance phase 9.
