It concerns an open tender request for the maintenance of ventilation systems: air duct inspection and air duct cleaning.
Assignment: maintenance of ventilation systems: air duct inspection and air duct cleaning.
Explanation: in the context of healthy and good indoor air quality in the working environment, the client wants the air ducts to be maintained in a planned manner and according to a time schedule.
The tenderer is responsible for the study (air duct inspection) to demonstrate the necessity of the ducts to be cleaned in accordance with the European Standard EN 15780 and EN 12977.
After a thorough air duct inspection, the contracting authority decides whether or not to accept the proposal for the air ducts to be cleaned.
Strict planning is required. The execution of the assignment must be started as soon as possible after the approved study.
The tenderer must be able to meet the specified selection conditions in order to be able to offer all aspects of the contract (air duct inspection and air duct cleaning).
Any tender that is partial, in the sense that it does not cover the full service demanded, is completely void and will not be considered for a partial award.
The contract is awarded to the tenderer, who submits the most economically advantageous tender taking into account the award criteria.

The registrant is obliged to visit the site on pain of invalidation of the registration, in order to ascertain the situation and to prepare a summary measurement statement.

The prices quoted in the summary measurement statement form the basis for the assignment in the specifications, but also for new, additional questions for the maintenance of ventilation systems: air duct inspection and air duct cleaning.
The tenderer is required to prepare an offer for an air duct inspection and the cleaning of air ducts on the Proximus campus.
The tenderer must provide a summary measurement statement, calculations and all necessary documents that are necessary so that the contracting authority has a clear view of how the air ducts are inspected and cleaned afterwards. The tenderer performs all necessary investigations, requests all possible information so that the study offered is fully operational and complies with all relevant legal regulations.
Waiting room arrangement: if the awarded supplier does not comply with the agreements, if the current agreement is broken, the assignment will be assigned to the 2
