The assignment includes the provision of insurance services for the municipality, the OCMW and the AGB of Willebroek as described in the technical provisions of these specifications and inventory.

Pursuant to Article 48 of the Law of 17 June 2016, the municipality of Willebroek acts as a contracting authority for these administrations.

The assignment is one indivisible whole. The premiums must be paid annually per body. The effective date of the policies must be set on 1 January.
