Shannon Commercial Properties DAC wishes to contract with a Contractor or a number of Contractors, who can carry out all of the maintenance services listed within each of the lots.
General services contract which incorporates waste disposal, pest control, fire extinguisher, fire/intruder alarms, cleaning, lift maintenance, sanitary disposal, potted plant, door mat, security and monitoring contracts.
Building maintenance contract which includes maintenance services for routine and emergency building works, electrical, heating, plumbing, painting, public lighting maintenance and pump house maintenance works.
Landscaping Contract which incorporates the landscape maintenance requirements for our 25 Business Parks/Enterprise Centers.
