The object of the order is to receive from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 - 22:00 indicated in the description of the order types of municipal waste from property owners residing from the area of the Municipality City of Ozorków and their development and the establishment and maintenance of a selective collection point waste for property owners residing in the territory of the city of Ozorków.

1. Receipt of waste before the property

2. Registration of containers

Containers used in Ozorków City for the collection of mixed waste are mostly marked with a barcode sticker allowing the identification of the owner of the property through the 4 digit number given by the Ordering Party and the type of container, streets and exact address real estate. The obligation to register containers is enforced on a regular basis.

3. Use of the Selective Waste Collection Point

The Contractor shall prepare the necessary documentation and obtain the legitimate authorisations and decisions needed to maintain the point in question, in accordance with applicable law.

The Contractor will develop the site by equipping it with containers for the separate collection of the following wastes: plastics and multi-material packaging waste, glass, paper, metals, bulky waste, biodegradable kitchen waste, green waste, electrical and electronic waste, batteries and accumulators, chemicals, tires, expired medicines, construction and renovation waste, waste ineligible for medical waste arising in household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste textiles and clothing.

4. Conducting a point of selective collection of municipal waste

Organization by the Contractor from 02.01.2023 at a distance of no more than 10 km from the administrative borders of the city of Ozorków Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (hereinafter PSZOK), its maintenance, operation and waste management.

5. The contracting authority shall provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7). Scope of services – repetition of services specified in this order, i.e. collection of waste from the city of Ozorków, creation and operation of a selective waste collection point with a value of not more than 20% of the basic order

6. EMPLOYMENT ON THE BASIS OF AN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP (in accordance with Article 95(1) of the PZP Act) - described in detail in the SWZ in the content of paragraph IV point 6
