This framework agreement serves as the basis for the delivery of products from the entire portfolio (firewall and other security components+accessories, software solutions, licenses) from the manufacturer Fortinet, maintenance of hardware and accessories, maintenance of standard software and optional services such as installation, commissioning, Training, in each case instructed with an individual order (according to point 3.4).

Services that take place as software as a service (SaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS) are not called up and are not covered by this framework agreement.
