Open procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree 36/2023 aimed at the selection of a company or a group of companies in possession of the requirements referred to in art. 16 of Law 84/94 and subsequent amendments, for the assignment of a four-year concession pursuant to art. 18 of the same law, of state-owned property and bodies of water in the locality of Tremestieri of the Municipality of Messina, in order to conduct the commercial management of the port of Tremestieri, as well as the maintenance, safe operation and custody of it.
