As per RFT tender documentation:

Any contract that may result from this competition (‘the Services Contract’) will be for a term of 2 years (‘the Term’).

ComReg reserves the right to extend the term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of two (2) such extension or extensions cumulatively on the same terms and conditions, subject to ComReg’s obligations at law.
