This contract is part of the "Public Housing Renovation Plan 2020-2024" and concerns the energy renovation and compliance of 120 apartments:

Pack 1:

 Complete insulation of building facades and treatment of façade cladding

 Complete renovation of the roof complex

 Adaptation of existing guardrails

 Renovation of drainage systems in corridors and balconies and waterproofing

Pack 2:

 Renovation of water supply systems (overpressure/compressor/tarpaulins)

The work will take place on a busy site.

On the occasion of this contract, the contracting authority wishes to:

- combating social dumping and social fraud;

- strengthen social cohesion and sustainable development by making an effort to train, integrate or integrate socio-professional through the use of a flexible social clause;
