The contract includes the procurement of equipment and installations for distributing video and images from camera sources

and PC based systems during medical procedures to monitors in internal rooms. Furthermore, it must

provide option for storage of images and videos as a part of a patient journal or for educational and

research purpose The contract also includes functionality for transfer out of the room to

education and professional support from personnel in different rooms. 

Lot 1:

- Operating rooms of various sizes, complexity and equipment

- Outpatient rooms such as dental rooms with camera on "unit" and other simpler rooms

with typically 1-2 image / video sources and typically a wall-mounted monitor. This category can

also include autopsy rooms.

- Conversation, observation or simulation rooms with a need to document

behaviour / conversations without involving medical equipment

In all the above room categories it should be possible to add recordings as a function that is

procured together with image routing or as a future extension. Moreover, a

system for interim storage/editing shall also be offered.
