Delivery of medical supplies used in gynaecological surgery for a period of 12 months

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical materials used in gynaecological surgery for the needs of the Międzyleski Specialist Hospital in Warsaw.

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 11 Tasks.

3. The Offer may apply to all or selected Tasks. Bids are not allowed

partial in the scope of individual Tasks.

4. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant offers.

5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right, and the Contractor agrees, to place orders without limitations, under this agreement, as well as the right to adjust the ordered quantities down or up in the event of circumstances that the Contracting Authority could not have foreseen, with the proviso that the minimum value of the entire order will not be less than 30%.

6. The contract will be performed for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of a valid contract with the Contractor selected as a result of the public procurement procedure.
