The Client wishes to conclude an agreement for the duration of 3 years, renewable 2 times by the Client by 1 year (i.e. 3+1+1) for the printing of letters, leaflets and envelopes, including their personalisation, handling, preparation for post and transmission (including partly electronic transmission).
The scope of this agreement includes the following services
o taking care of the printing of letters and leaflets
o taking care of the printing of the covers
o the personalization, handling and preparation of the post
o sending all letters both by post and electronically
The client aims to roll out the electronic transmission as much as possible in the future (target 2023 would be between 40 and 70% electronic transmissions).
The client does not guarantee minimum purchases nor exclusivity
