The town of Petit-Quevilly is engaged in an urban renewal program of the swimming pool district formerly Nobel Bozel district in Petit-Quevilly (76). A first phase of demolition and clean-up work was carried out at the end of 2020 — early 2021 to the right of the new school group and the extension of the pool. This work involved the excavation and removal of off-site HCT/PAH pollution spots and on-site treatment of merlon and earthmoving scrap to achieve project ratings. The second phase of the project foresee the development of the sports plain including the reconstruction of the gymnasium, the extension of the children's home, the construction of three social structures, one backed by the recreation centre and two backed by the gym and the overall developments (forecourt, parking lots, trails, connections, sports facilities). This call for tenders concerns the remediation and demolition work of this second phase.
