The target of the acquisition is an online grocery store and delivery service for the City of Helsinki offices and the shareholders of Helsingin Konsernihankinta Oy.

The Service Provider must have its own online grocery store through which the Customer can search for and add the desired products to the shopping cart and order them. The Service Provider must deliver the desired products to the Contracting entity's unit / other selected location.

The Service Provider must have a comprehensive selection of different food groups, and the Service Provider's online store must specialise specifically in foodstuffs and their delivery. It is not possible to take part in the procurement of the so-called "Shakespeare". service providers of ready-made grocery bags that deliver only food ingredients for specific recipes defined by the Service Provider.
