the stipulations of this document concern the services designated below:This is a recurring service contract for the cleaning of premises (excluding inaccessible tiles). All lots are awarded under ordinary contracts except lot no. 5 which is awarded a single-award framework agreement to carry out the one-off services. The quality of the services must be satisfactory on three points: hygiene, appearance and comfort. The service provider is subject to an obligation of result. A staff take-back clause applies on the market, with regard to the collective agreement of this sector of activity
