In front of you is the European public tender of Stichting Quantum Delta NL (hereinafter Contracting Authority) for the conclusion of an Agreement with one Contractor for the provision of financial services, i.e. financial-administrative work and – non-exclusive – related advisory work. At the time of tendering, the Contracting Authority has 100% participations in three private limited companies. These private limited companies should also be able to make use of the result of this tender, as should future entities of which the Contracting Authority becomes the full owner. Each entity shall enter into its own Agreement in accordance with the terms of this tender.

You are cordially invited to register for the information meeting on 9 October (see Further explanation and tender guidance for more information) and to submit a Tender when you meet the requirements.

Based on the historical expenditure, the value of the Contract with regard to the basic need is estimated at approximately € 70,000 - € 95,000 excl. VAT per year (this concerns both regular activities and incidental work on subsequent calculation as foreseeable on the basis of the current situation). The QDNL organization and the environment in which it operates is anything but static; the financial and substantive size of the QDNL organization is (possibly) increasing and will be able to have a dynamic in the coming years that is not yet fully foreseeable at the time of tendering. Part of the Agreement is therefore a review clause within the meaning of Article 2.163(c) of the Procurement Act 2012.
