As part of the competition of bus networks in Île-de-France, Île-de-France Mobilités is responsible for the future Bus Operational Centres (COB) in Persan (95), Ormoy (91) and Noiseau (94). For these three COBs, Île-de-France Mobilités plans to use Sectoral Global Markets (MGS), enabling an operator to design, build and develop the sites. Île-de-France Mobilités wishes to join the services of an ATMO/COP on the three projects.
Lot 1: realization of the COB of Persian (95)As part of the competition of bus networks in Île-de-France, Île-de-France Mobilités is responsible for the future Bus Operational Centre (COB) in Persan (95). For this COB, Île-de-France Mobilités plans to use a Global Sectoral Market (MGS), allowing an operator to design, build and develop the site. To support this operation, Île-de-France Mobilités wishes to entrust a service provider with tasks to finalize programming studies, support the award of the global sectoral contract and technical assistance to project management and operation management (ATMO-COP) for the design and implementation of the COB.
