The subject of the contract is the construction of sidewalks along the streets managed by the Municipal Road Administration in Rzeszów. The scope of the contract includes:
1) Dismantling concrete curbs – 15 m,
2) Mechanically made troughs, depth up to 40·cm, – 720 m2,
3) Frost protection layer of sand with a thickness of 10 cm – 720 m2,
4) Crushed aggregate foundation 0/31.5 – 480 m2,
5) Transmission of concrete edging on cement-sand ballast – 6 m,
6) Gear ratio of concrete curbs – 20 m,
7) Linear drainage ratio from finished elements – 70 m,
8) Concrete edging with dimensions 30x8 cm – 380 m
9) Setting concrete curbs with dimensions. 15x30 – 30 m
10) Execution of pavements made of concrete paving stones, thickness 6 cm – 700 m2
11) Execution of pavements made of concrete paving stones, thickness 8 cm – 40 m2
12) Plantation of roadsides, slopes and green areas with grass sowing – 360 m2
13) Vertical regulation of inspection and telecommunication manholes – 10 pcs.

14) Protection of the cable with a two-part casing pipe – 4 m
15) Dismantling and installation of vertical road signs (changeover) – 10 pcs.
16) Updating the base map in digital and paper form – 2 pcs.
The works will be carried out on Wieniawskiego and Iwonicka Streets.
2.A detailed description of the item of the order shall specify:
1) bill of quantities, Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works
2) the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract together with the annexes.
The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject of the contract. In this case, the Contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions, as appropriate, together with its description or standards. Whenever the documentation and answers to questions refer to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall allow the use of products and services with characteristics equivalent to those described. The Contracting Authority allows offering materials or equivalent solutions, provided that they ensure that they obtain technical parameters not worse than those assumed in the SWZ. All the criteria and characteristics described in standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems set the minimum standards that the product or service offered must meet.
The contractor is obliged to ensure throughout the entire period of performance of the contract the total share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2 point 33 of the Act of 20 June 1997. Road traffic law, used in the performance of the contract, at the level of at least 10%, on the terms set out in the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels.
