Item No. 1: Preventive and Curative Maintenance Post processed at a flat rate on the basis of the breakdown of the overall and lump sum price. In return for the services under item No. 1, the buyer will pay a lump sum annual remuneration. The flat-rate services concern all preventive maintenance operations. They also include the change of coins less than or equal to 200 euro (s) (including tax) (curative maintenance). Parts with a higher amount will be remunerated under Item 2. Item No. 2: Curative maintenance Item processed at prices: o flat-rate (for labour and travel) o unit by issuing purchase orders on the model of a framework agreement with single-attributed purchase orders (for the replacement of parts above 200 euro (s) (including tax))
