Waltham Forest CCG is looking to secure a provider for a range of out of hospital planned care services which cover the following specialist services; Colorectal; Dermatology; Gynaecology; Vasectomy. In addition, we may during the life of the contract wish to add further planned care services into scope, such as ophthalmology. The services must be delivered in locations easily accessible to the residents of Waltham Forest. Bids must incorporate all 4 specialist areas but providers may wish to collaborate or sub-contract in order to secure the expertise they need to deliver the requirements of the contract. The service specification will detail the need to meet agreed national standards appropriate to each speciality.

Waltham Forest CCG would like to contract with a lead provider who will deliver a range of out of hospital planned care services (either directly or via suitable sub contractual arrangements) covering the following specialist areas: Colorectal, Dermatology, Gynaecology, Vasectomy.
