The Authority is procuring Bread and Dairy products and services for a total of 5 years. This is broken down to an initial period of 3 years with a potential extension period of 2 years based on acceptable performance. The Bread and Dairy procurement includes but is not limited to the provision of supplying bread and dairy products to a total of 10 care schemes operated by Midland Heart Ltd Care and Support team. The list of schemes may be adjusted up or down by Care and Support over the course of the contract. No guarantee is provided regarding the level of expenditure that may be made under this contract.

The Bread and Dairy provision includes but is not limited to:

— Milk: Pergals and machines of various sizes + 4 pinters + 2 pinters + 1 pint plastics;

— Long-life: 1ltr + 2ltr cartons or plastics;

— Cream: 1ltr + 2ltr cartons or plastics;

— Cheese: Variety;

— Greek Yogurts: 500g;

— Assortment of fruit flavoured Yogurts: Individual portions 113g-120g;

— Bread: White Sliced: Brown Sliced: Granary Sliced. Bloomers: White sliced: Brown Sliced: Granary Sliced Hot dog rolls: large and small Burger buns: large and small;

— Eggs: medium sized free range.

The PQQ will be available on the e-tendering website as described in III.2.1 from 10.10.2012.
