SEG Grevenbroich GmbH plans to build a new fire and rescue station in Grevenbroich.

SEG Grevenbroich GmbH is pursuing the construction of a central fire station in the city of Grevenbroich together with the rescue station for the Rhein district of Neuss as the task bearer in Grevenbroich.

It is planned to build the new fire and rescue station on the property on Wevelinghovener Straße. The property is located in the industrial area east. It borders agricultural areas in the eastern and northern areas. An industrial area connects to the south of the building plot. The fire and rescue station will be built as a coherent building with a common entrance area.

The new building extends as a long bar along Wevelinghovener Straße.

The main building with the planned common entrance with the ambulance and with the administrative and office functions is centrally located.

The part of the fire station located in the south is partly designed on two floors and the rescue station located in the north.

In the fire station there is a workshop and a washing room next to the vehicle hall for 13 emergency vehicles. The changing and sanitary areas as well as technical rooms for the maintenance of vehicles and equipment are aligned to the northeast.

On the second floor there are relaxation rooms and a fitness room, as well as lounge areas, dining room and kitchen, as well as offices. The third floor of the central building is also intended for office functions.

The rescue station will have a vehicle hall with 4 parking spaces and a wash hall. Two storage rooms and a storage room for medicines are connected directly to the vehicle hall. The black and white area with the associated lock can be entered via the wash hall. In the back of the vehicle hall are the rest and changing rooms as well as 2 office and a training room.

- BT RW - new ambulance station approx. 950 m 2 GFA,

- BT FW - new fire station approx. 3 516 m 2nd GFA.

Ambulance station:

- 386 sqm vibrating tiles,

- 24 m drainage channels,

- 120 sqm wash hall sealing with vibrating tiles,

- 12 sqm steel anchor plates.

Fire station:

- 1 310 sqm vibrating tiles,

- 74 m drainage channels,

- 100 sqm wash hall sealing with vibrating tiles,

- 113 sqm steel anchor plates,

- 108 sqm wall tiles with waterproofing.
