The procurement concerns purchase of a wheeled excavation with additional equipment and service contract. The procurement will serve the municipality’s residents by contributing to maintaining good road standards, as well as contributing to other municipal Water and Sewage facilities.

The value of the procurement is estimated to NOK 2.4 million excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this contract.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
