1. The subject of this order is the successive supply of computer equipment to the National Institute of Oncology named after Maria Skłodowsk-Curie — State Research Institute, Gliwice Branch.
2. The item of the order is divided into 2 separate tasks.

Information clause arising from Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC The Ordering Authority posted in SWZ.

3. The Awarding Entity does not envisage concluding a framework agreement, establishing a dynamic purchasing system, electronic auction and supplementary orders.
