The object of the contract is a framework contract for consulting and project management services for the implementation of KHZG-based digitization projects, taking into account the KHZG-relevant legal principles and the associated IT networking and transformation projects. With their projects and digitization plans, the clients pursue the long-term goal of implementing the IT strategy of the affiliated clinics. The aim of the contract is to support the implementation of digitization projects which are eligible for funding under the KHZG program and whose funding has been applied for from the responsible funding authority. The guidelines for the implementation of the KHZG-funded measures must be followed and adhered to during the funding period until 2024. The contractor continuously coordinates with the law firm commissioned by the client, which provides legal advice and operational execution of tenders for all projects.
