For the renovation of the casino building of the ZDF in Mainz painting and plaster work are tendered. All necessary work, carried out during operation.

The renovation is carried out in 2 stages:

1) BA: from 12.3.2018, construction time approx. 16 months,

2) BA: from August 2019, construction time approx. 16 months.

The painting and plastering work will be carried out from February 2019 until probably November 2020.

- Painting interior surfaces wall / ceiling: approx. 1 500 m 2 .

- Painting radiators approx. 80 pcs,

- Color coatings on wood-based panels, doors and panels: approx. 50 m 2 .

- Permanently elastic joints: approx. 925 m 2 .

Building finish cleaning 2.BA:

- Demolition of interior plaster: approx. 50 m 2 .

- Plastering of interior surfaces wall / ceiling: approx. 300 m 2 .

- Filling of inner surfaces: approx. 1 500 m 2 .

- Painting Interior surfaces wall / ceiling: approx. 3 000 m 2 .

- Color coatings on wood-based panels, doors and panels: approx. 50 m 2 .

- Painting radiators approx. 55 pcs,

- Permanently elastic joints: ca.1 250 m.
