Credit characteristics:

1) Loan amount: up to PLN 14,000,000 (in words: fourteen million zlotys).

2) Loan period: from the date of signing the loan agreement to 31/12/2032;

3) The Contractor will place the credit means at the Employer's disposal:

- during: at the earliest from the date of signing the contract and at the latest by 31/12/2019,

- in tranches, depending on the borrower's needs on the basis of written requests by the Employer for the next tranche, within 3 days before launching, without submitting separate loan applications,

- the loan will be discharged by a non-cash transfer to the bank account of the Employer, i.e. the Municipal Commune in Chojnice with the number:

90 8146 0003 0000 0304 2000 0020 at the Cooperative Bank in Chojnice.
