The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding wood and tourism and maintenance of forest facilities, to be carried out in the Ujsoły Forest District, Rycerka District, in 2019 in the Kiczora Forest District.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as tourism and maintenance of forest facilities specified in the Offer Cost Estimate constituting Annex 2.1 to the ToR.

Additional information:

1) The offer in the scope of Lot 1 of the order must be secured by a deposit with a value of PLN 14,000.00, in accordance with item 8 of the SETC. The contracting authority requires a bid bond under the conditions set out in point 9 of the ToR.

2) According to art. 24aa Pzp, the Employer will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion.
