GreenSquare Group Ltd wish to procure an Asset Management System (AMS) which will enable effective management of the organisation's housing portfolio. The tendering exercise will seek to identify the most appropriate solution which can provide system capability, usability, integration across the whole organisation providing accurate timely accessible information. Any contract resulting from this tender exercise will be for a duration of 3 years, with an optional two (2) x one (1) year extension, from the commencement of Contract. Expressions of interests close 8.1.2020 at 17.00. Deadline for bid submission is 26.1.2020 at 23.59. Please note that GreenSquare Group Ltd reserve the right to invite up to the top 5 suppliers for interviews/demo sessions week commencing 24.2.2020.
