1. The subject of the contract is: Granting a long-term loan up to the amount of PLN 13,000,000.00 (in words: thirteen million) to finance the planned budget deficit of the municipality and to repay previously incurred liabilities under loans, in accordance with

with Resolution No. XL/374/22 of the Łomża Commune Council of December 29, 2022.

2. The credit will be used in the period from the date of signing the agreement until 31 December 2023.

3. The funds will be made available on the basis of the Contracting Authority's orders in tranches

and deadlines set by the Ordering Party. The contracting authority will submit written applications

for the release of the loan tranche two days before the starting date.

4. The loan will be taken out and repaid in Polish Polish (PLN), and in the event of Poland joining the EURO zone, the loan will be converted without additional fees.
