This consultation concerns a project management mission for:

An operation of design and construction of a collective housing complex / Senior Residence located place des Guinards in Creuzier-le-Vieux.

As part of this operation, the designated project manager will be entrusted with the following mission elements:

- ESQ: sketch studies

- APS preliminary draft summary

- Final preliminary draft ODA

- PRO: project studies

- ACT: assistance to the client for the awarding of works contracts

- EXE: execution studies

- DET: direction of execution of the works contract

- OPC: scheduling, management and coordination of the site

- AOR: assistance to the client during reception operations and during the period of surrogacy
