— Lot 4: motor fleet.
Suppliers submitting a tender for this lot must ensure that they provide a response to all of the individual method statements for Lots 1, 3, and 4.
In the method statement response for Lot 8, you are permitted to enhance any aspect of those quality criteria as part of the Package bid — but it must be clearly identified to which lot the enhancement relates.
The winning tenders for each of the standalone Lots will be compared to the tenders received for Lot 8 using the process described below. If the standalone tenders for the lots score higher, no tender will be awarded for Lot 8 and the winning tenders for each of the standalone lots will all be successful. However, if a Lot 8 tender scores higher than the standalone lots, Lot 8 will be awarded and no award made in respect of the other lots
Bids under Lot 8 will be evaluated and scored in accordance with the methodology deployed on the remaining lots.
