The Meteorological Institute (MET) will upgrade its user interface for showing weather services for government cooperation partners, Halo (halo.met.no), as well as renew existing products and develop new functions.
In addition we would like a contract for the operation and management of the platform after the project phase has ended.

Framework terms for the assignment:
MET describes what we want for the frontend and visualisation.
MET is responsible for the backend and data (data set and APIs) as well as user dialogue.
The tenderer will be responsible for the development of the platform and service.
The tenderer will be responsible for the operation and management of the platform and service.
The tenderer can provide the service alone, or in cooperation with another tenderer.
MET will NOT contribute with development resources in this project, only with technical guidance and resources for the development of APIs if required.
MET will be responsible for prioritising functions and products.
MET will have ownership to the code.
The delivery must be through an iterative development process.
The main language for interaction is Norwegian, and the tenderer is expected to master this.
