Implementation of a framework agreement with single-awarding purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount fixed in value per entity.

Purpose of the framework agreement: safety and health protection coordination missions for road works and various category 2 and 3 networks.

These missions will be carried out for the communities members of the group for the following works:

- development and rehabilitation of roads in public spaces (public or private domain),

- renewal, rehabilitation and extension of networks and works for the treatment of wastewater, rainwater and drinking water,

- restructuring of watercourse structures.

Not included in this contract are services relating to category 1 operations, and operations of construction, extension or rehabilitation of buildings.

The amount shown in Ii.1.5 below is the estimated amount for all entities for the 4 years.

it is the establishment of a framework agreement to carry out coordination missions in the field of safety and health protection (CSPS) for road works and various networks of categories 2 and 3. Framework agreement without minimum and with an annual maximum of 145,000 euro (excl. tax).
