The Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) wishes to enter into a service contract for the implementation of a set of Intellectual Property (IP) services to EU SMEs and SMEs established in COSME countries with trade interests in India. This kind of services is already offered to SMEs with trade interests in China, South-east Asia and Latin America, through the so-called ‘International IP Helpdesks’ service contract.
The tasks to be carried out by the contractor are further detailed in the tender specifications in section 1.
