Performance of spuling, TV inspection and well reporting for the drainage system in the supply area of the Ordregivers (Holstebro Municipality).

Work includes high-pressure spuling, TV inspection of main and connector lines, well inspection, de-reporting, surveying, and minor maintenance tasks.

This is a framework agreement for, inter alia, the following benefits:

• Spulsing and TV inspection of main wires and connectors (from throughput wells) and well inspection

• Spulsing and TV inspection of connectors (from seminal well)

• Spulsing and TV inspection of connectors (from main wire)

The performance includes all works associated with the administration, de-reporting, drafting and copying of material, as well as the delivery of the work done, including:

• Collection and sorting of the material as described in the Performance Description

• All works associated with digitization of TV inspections, both for text file in Dandas format and film file

• Upload to TV server

• Checking and copying of day notes, measurement sketches, drawings, control forms, quality control forms, unloading reports and lists of materials submitted. This check shall be carried out by a person other than the TV operator

• Final reporting, including data transfer and possibly signing digital media and transmission of material

• Storing TV inspections digitally for 5 years from time of drop-off
