The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive printing and printing equipment services, as specified in Annex 2a to this Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order, hereinafter referred to as SIWZ.

2.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements related to it are included in Annex 2 and 2a to the ToR. The subject of the contract includes 1 part for which the Purchaser does not allow the submission of partial offers. Each offer should be full, complete and should meet the detailed requirements specified in the price form, the form of technical and operational properties constituting Annexes 2 and 2a to this Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order as well as the requirements contained in point 3 of this specification.
