1. buildings together with adjacent household areas constituting components of the commune's communal property,

listed in Annex 1;

2. private real estate managed by the municipality of Ozorków on the basis of running

other people's affairs without a mandate, listed in Appendix 2;

3. residential premises owned by the Ordering Party in the buildings of housing communities according to

Appendix 3 (excluding common parts of buildings and home areas, for the management of which concluded

there are separate agreements by housing associations).
