The vital card application is the dematerialized form of the vital card. By solution, we mean all the security features of the mobile application and all that contributes to its operation. The Sesam-Vitale GIE wishes, in this context, that the security level of the APCV mobile application is as close as possible to that of a smart card such as the Vitale card. Furthermore, in addition to providing the security solution, the partner is asked to provide a full service, ie hosting and operating on his own infrastructure part of the security solution.

The market covers the definition, development, experimentation and deployment of an innovative solution to secure the APCV application and guarantee the security of associated exchanges. The vital card application is the dematerialized form of the vital card. The partner is informed that the GIE Sesam-Vitale can, at the end of each phase and sub-phase of the innovation partnership no Pi-19-06, decide either:

- put an end to Innovation Partnership No Pi-19-06,

- to terminate the individualized contract with a partner who has not achieved the objectives of the phase or sub-phase concerned,

- to continue the Innovation Partnership No Pi-19-06 with the only partners that have achieved the objectives of each phase and sub-phase, after having possibly specified or modified, with the agreement of the partners concerned, the objectives of the next phase or sub-phase and the means to achieve them. by solution, we mean all the security features of the mobile application and all that contributes to its operation. Innovation Partnership No. Pi-19-06 is conducted in two (2) successive phases broken down as follows:

- a "Research and development of the solution" phase aimed at constructing the system specification and the project plan for the implementation of the system and establishing one or more prototype (s),

- a phase of "Generalization on the ground of the solution", aiming to adjust the solution in order to have a stable, efficient and exploitable service by GIE Sesam-Vitale, before deploying it in the field and ensure its maintenance in operational condition.
