This consultation concerns the relaunch of "Lot No. 2 - transport for outdoor outings" for the organization of school, extracurricular and extracurricular transport for pupils in nursery schools, elementary schools, colleges and children attending leisure facilities in the municipality of Mandelieu-La Napoule.Lot No. 2 "Transport for external outings" was the subject of a declaration without further action due to unsuccess during a previous consultation in application of Article R.2185-1 of the Public Order Code. As part of this recovery, adjustments have been made to the maximum annual amount of the framework agreement as well as to the quantities of the EQD. this framework agreement covers the extramural travel of pupils in middle schools, elementary and nursery schools and pupils attending reception centres loisirs.il is a framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded at unit prices with a minimum and a maximum amount, setting out all contractual stipulations and executed as and when purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or reopening of competition, according to the modalities provided for in the framework agreement and pursuant to Articles L.2125-1 1 °, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code.the contractual prices are those fixed in the unit price schedule and apply to the quantities actually ordered and realized.
