Framework Contract for the Provision of Chemical Substances Data Services under EU Legislation for the European Union Chemicals Legislation Finder (EUCLEF)

This procurement aims at establishing a framework contract with a data service provider that will supply via licensing regulatory data on chemicals (information on how a chemical substance is regulated at EU level (excluding REACH, CLP, PIC, BPR and Seveso), as well as IT solutions in relation to the data being provided and interfaced with ECHA systems, and deliver Helpdesk services.

The procurement procedure is an open call for tenders. The aim is the establishment of a FWC with a single provider for the provision of the data services.
