LOT 20 Painting

The District Office of Central Saxony is planning to establish a campus for "green professions" at the Freiberg-Zug site. The subject of the invitation to tender is the painting work in the interior of the main building and house C. The work is divided into two construction phases. BA1 (House A1), BA2 (House A2 and House C). The subject of this invitation to tender is the work in both construction phases.

The demolition work has already been carried out. The tender includes painting work in House A and House C.

Main building - House A Dimensions: approx. 74 x 14 m, eaves height: approx. 8 m

Clear floor height: from 2.45 m on the 2nd floor to 2.80m, number of floors: 3

Scope of services painting work: approx. 4000 m² filling and coating walls, approx. 700 m² filling and coating ceilings, approx. 2000 m² UHD, coating acoustic ceilings, approx. 300 m coating metal railings steel profiles/handrail on railings, approx. 200 m² lime painting cellar, approx. 200 m² repairing existing paint, approx. 700 m² wood-based panels coating roof space
