The scope of the assignment concerns the logistics services that consist of carrying out transport movements, location organization and temporary storage of the mobile units that the client uses for the breast cancer studies it carries out. In addition, the assignment consists of monitoring alarm and fault messages.

Note: the client organizes for the benefit of Tenderers a time when the tenderer is given the opportunity to inspect a (for the entire Assignment) Mobile Unit. Due to the restrictive measures related to Covid-19, the client will do the chimney inspection per tenderer, that is to say individually. The Tenderer must register for the chimney by Tuesday 2 June 2020, before 12:00, by means of a message to the contact person of the tender in the message center of the Tender Platform. The tenderer will then receive further practical details about the fireplace.

The number of annual transport movements is estimated at 219, the tenderer cannot derive any rights from this number
